Next year, I will attend Arizona State University to obtain my Master of Journalism in broadcasting. I couldn't be more excited to go back to school.

I saw Hamilton and it BLEW MY MIND. Yes, that Hamilton. The rap musical that's sold out on Broadway for the foreseeable future. Therefore, I am sharing my road trip with you, along with a mini review of the show.

Have you ever had something happen that changed you? Can you pick out a moment where things were clearly different before and after it? With Easter, I've been thinking more about rebirth and how I've seen that figure into my own life. 

Lately, I've been making incredibly important life decisions, such as answering the question, 'what do I want to do with my life?' I've realized now that the question I need to be asking is not 'what do I want to do with my life," but instead, 'what struggle am I okay with?'

This winter, I had to wait to hear back from four universities regarding admissions decisions. Though I have now heard from all of them (as of last week!), it was agonizing to wait for their decisions! So, this blog is just a little spoof on all the things you can do while you wait for those dreaded and highly anticipated decisions. 

I can't believe that it is already the end of February. You know what that means - a review of my favorite things of the month! On this month's list, everything from Express to PYT, plus, a book ABOUT my aunt! How cool is that?!

This year, I took a leap into the unknown. I decided to apply to graduate schools for broadcast journalism. Last week, I visited one of them - Arizona State University! I decided to document my visit in a vlog!
